Ive rewritten very many songs on here! It would be great for a pre AP music theory student, such as me. I would add add a search bar for help though.

I love the idea of the app and everything about it but it CLOSES RANDOMLY in the middle of editing making me LOSE EVERYTHING i have done so far. Plz fix!

Thanks for all the comments. I got the free version and it hasnt crashed once!! How do you make a pedal sign? And how do you make a note that is played DIRECTLY after the first note?

Just rewrote my bass vocals and was easy and powerful. Several "problems" other people mentioned I had questions about but found the answers quite quickly. On their website there are a number of tutorial videos that showed me tricks and how to do things faster and more efficiently. Every program you should save often especially on a mobile device. I love it and give it 5 stars.

Its extremely hard and confusing to use this app

Its so amazingly user friendly and simple when you get the hang of it, created a freaking awesome bass and drum beat phrase but THEN THE APP EFFING CRASHES AND I LOSE EVERYTHING I DID!!!!!!! ADD AN AUTOSAVE ASAP!!!!

This works pretty well, and was just what I was looking for. The input is fairly simple and has meny features. The sounds are not the best, but they do fine for a free app. I hope to see an update sometime with a few more features. But overall this app is excellent, and I am deciding whether to get the paid version.

This is the best free composing app that Ive found. Just make sure to save often.

This is the most amazing music writing app I have ever seen! But be carful, things can get complicated and if your not very musically talented you might get very lost. The only faults I have to say is so far I have found no way to double up instruments where they play different parts at the same time and I noticed since I am a percussionist that "Marimba" was spelled wrong. This offends me, since it is my favorite one of the percussion instruments to play.

This is really good! I recommend to everyone who loves writing music. Pop ups are a little annoying, but you can work around it still. I cant even find a music writing program for my computer that has all the features this does.

This is a great app to compose. My only complaint is that it crashes VERY often, so as others have said, save often. I do every measure.

I thought this would be clunky and awkward but it is awesome. Thanks!

Glitchy beyond end. Always crashes and tells me to close background apps so often I can never compose anything

My recommendation is to get finale or seballius or musescore.

Instructions always pop up EVERY 5 SECONDS!!! If I try to press something, instructions come up and block me. Plus when I can actually touch something, it does the opposite of what I want it to do.

oh PLEASE STOP whining about apps running in the background I dont care if they affect performance stop poping up 5 or 6 messages at a time EVERY 5 SECONDS!!

I love this app, but there are things that can be done to make it much better. 1. Fix crashes Its very annoying to loose 3 hours of work because you forgot to save. 2. Auto-save feature So crashes will make you loose less work 3. Diphthongs Nuff said. 4. More user-friendly layout. All in all, this app is the best of its kind on the App Store, but even it has room for improvement.

This app is the worst music app i have ever seen. It doesnt deserve one star. I cant figure out how to even place a note and when I do somehow place one i dont know how to delete it. They need a tutorial video or something so ppl can at least remotely understand this app.
